1. Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders placed on www.newox.shop are processed according to the following strict timeline:

  • Handling Time: 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Australian and Singaporean public holidays).
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (SGT - Singapore Standard Time). Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.
  • Dispatch Notification: As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, an automated shipment confirmation email containing your tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Matrix

We focus exclusively on serving the Singapore market. Our domestic shipping matrix is entirely transparent:

3. Shipment Tracking & Transparency

We believe in full visibility throughout the transit process:

  • Once your package is scanned by our regional logistics partner, a trackable link will be provided via email.
  • You can monitor your delivery status in real-time by clicking the link or entering the tracking number directly on our website.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the initial tracking status online.

4. Taxes, Import Duties & Currency

Because Newox operates as a cross-border e-commerce brand, please review the fiscal structure below:

  • Currency: All prices, shipping documentation, and checkouts are transacted in United States Dollars (USD).
  • Import Fees & GST: For orders shipped into Singapore, packages with a total value exceeding local customs thresholds may be subject to local Goods and Services Tax (GST) or import duties. These charges are mandated by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and are the sole responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. Newox does not collect or subsidize these fees.

5. Delivery Addresses & Customer Responsibility

To avoid delivery failures, please ensure accuracy during checkout:

  • We require a complete and correct physical delivery address. We cannot ship to international military addresses (APO/FPO) or temporary P.O. Boxes.
  • Newox cannot be held legally or financially responsible for packages that are misdelivered, lost, or returned to our warehouse due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping details provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer will be contacted to provide a corrected address and may be responsible for subsequent re-shipping costs.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, or if the tracking status indicates "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact our support team at support@newox.shop within 48 hours. We will initiate a formal investigation with the postal courier. Please retain all shipping labels, original exterior boxes, and damaged items as physical evidence for the claim process.
